"Ernie’s market is truly a diamond in the rough. Located in the industrial area of Oak Park, this is a deli you WON’T want to pass up. I’ve been coming here since 2005, and every time I come in, I’m greeted with a “Hey Baby! How’s it going?!” And when I leave, I’m rewarded with the freshest, tastiest, and biggest sandwich my money can buy! I can literally feel my mouth salivating as I think about this sandwich lol. Not only are the ingredients fresh, but Ernie puts his LOVE into everything he does. Make sure you get his secret love spice on your sandwich - you won’t be disappointed. I do believe it’s cash only - they do things the old school way and I’m here for it! Once you’ve grabbed your sandwich- be sure to grab some local Better Made Potato chips on your way to the register - it’s the perfect sidekick for the perfect deli sandwich! LOVE YA, ERNIE!!!!"
