"I will update to 5 stars when they clean all the piles of trash in the parking lot. The northeast corner looks like someone has been throwing garbage there for years. There’s enough employees that can go spend an hour picking up all the trash in the parking lot. Response: Awesome. Can’t wait."
"The arcade has lots of awesome new games, I feel like they increased the prices at the arcade however, which was kind of a bummer. $10 cards lasted about 5 minutes. I have to give staff a shout out too - they were very friendly to our kiddos and very accommodating. Had shoes that work for all age kids and brought us the ramps to help with the little ones bowling. The lanes were great and the kids had a blast."
"I just want to experience my disdain for this establishment in relations to professional. I requested to speak with a manager onsite 11/26 I was advised to give the employee my infomation and the manager would contact me with 1-2 days regarding a baby shower celebration at this establishment. I called 2 days later and was told to give them my information again and the manger would call within a day. I have yet to receive a call ( 12/5) from this establishment. It's been over a week. Purely unaccepted. I'm pleased to mention that Troy Escape contact me and my family within 12 hrs. We were able to obtain their venue for 25-30 people"
"Guy works behind the counter on Wednesday. Does not care about customer service even a little bit. They got 40 open lanes. Couldn't put me on a pair of two lanes to bowl the four games I needed to which had no problem every other week. Then sticks me right next to other people bowling despite having no one in the bowling alley. Also refuses to let me pay per game because I wasn't going to take an hour to bowl. And worst of all decided that they no longer print scores even though they printed for me many times and what does paper cost. disappointing to see a bad employee doesn't care about customer service. Worst of all he was acting like he was a manager. Bowling alleys dying like they are. Think you'd see better efforts."
