Kyte Monroe Park, located at 32701 Harper Avenue in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, is a 35.4-acre regional recreational sports facility that has been a hub for sports enthusiasts since the 1970s. The park has grown over the years to become the premier sports complex it is today, offering a wide range of amenities for visitors of all ages.
Sports enthusiasts can enjoy five multipurpose baseball diamonds, two practice diamonds, two tennis courts, two pickleball courts, two full-size soccer fields, two basketball courts, 12 horseshoe courts, and a skate park. In addition, the park also features two restroom facilities, playground equipment, two picnic shelters, picnic tables and benches, a concession stand, and a permeable paving parking lot.
St. Clair Shores is currently applying for a grant to further enhance Kyte Monroe Park by building an all-inclusive playground with baseball and soccer fields. Visitors are encouraged to call 586-899-184 to check if any practices or games have been affected by inclement weather. Kyte Monroe Park truly offers something for everyone and continues to be a beloved destination for sports and outdoor enthusiasts in the community.
