One negative review is an antivaxxer angry about Dr Hall giving her child a particular vaccine, and the other is from someone who is complaining about the mask policy during a global pandemic. All this aside, Dr Hall was great when I visited and addressed all my concerns."

"Today we had an appointment for my son’s well visit. When I made the appointment we were told mask were required. I informed the receptionist that we would be in face shields. She did not say anything about it. We went to the appointment today wearing our face shields and the receptionist took us back to the room. Did not say anything about having to put on a mask. The nurse came in and took my son's vitals. Again, did not say anything about having to put on a mask. Dr. Hall was actually right there when they took my son's weight and got his height. Dr. Hall came into the exam room and asked us to put on masks. I explained to her that I cannot wear a mask because I have a medical condition. She said she would not see my son unless we put on mask. Let it be known that we had already been in this exam room for 15 minutes with our face shields on. Dr. Hall then went and got the supervisor. The supervisor came in and told us we had to put masks on. Again, I explained to her that I have a medical condition and I can't wear one. She then told me someone else should have brought my son. Really! She tried to convince me to just put the mask on for 10 minutes. While all this was happening my poor son was sitting in his underwear. What a disgrace. If you have a doctor that is so afraid of this virus maybe she shouldn't be working with the public. This visit was horrendous. We have been seeing Dr. Hall for 6 years and this is so upsetting. Such a shame to see a doctor not care about patients. The front door of the building said facial coverings. I had a facial covering on that was covering my nose and mouth."

"Dr. Elizabeth Hall is the absolute BEST pediatrician I have ever seen. I have 4 kids 2 of which are 5 and 3 who she has seen since birth. My 5 year old was born with a lot of problems and throughout the years she has helped more than any other. Answered questions that nobody else had the answers to, never had to wait for referrals to see specialists, she, along with her associates, are very forward and straight to the point when it comes to my children's health. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a doctor!!!"

"We just had a newborn and we took her to see Dr. Hall and I left in tears. She was so rude and as a first time parent she was not very helpful at all. She made me and dad feel super bad. We waited an hour and a half for her to come into the room. My baby had a terrible experience. She was very rude because I didn’t want to get the Hep B vaccine without researching. The whole experience was traumatic for all of us. We will be switching pediatricians."
