"Good customer service but unfortunately a disaster of a sharpening. Brought in brand new steel to get sharpened and was shocked when I stepped onto the ice the next day and had absolutely no edge on one skate. Not sure if the entire skate was missed or the machine malfunctioned but I will avoid this place for sharpening in the future."
"Was not overly excited about my first visit to Pure Hockey. Waited 45 minutes ( on a bench) to be fitted with skates. No one even acknowledged my existence. Someone could have apologized for the wait. I walked out. I drove 40 minutes because I heard it was a great experience. There's a Perani's 5 minutes from my house. So...do I go back to Pure Hockey or Perani's."
