"I dropped off a trophy to have duplicated and they said it should take about a week or so. I waited 4 and still had not heard anything so I called and they were rude and gave me the run around. I called again a week later and got the same thing. After about 7 weeks I went in to talk to them only to find it and the duplicate sitting on a shelf, finished. I never got called to pick it up. I would have given them 1 star but they did a good job on the trophy except the didn't do a couple things I asked for."

"I put a lot of effort to design and make something special to mount deer antlers from my 2019 hunt. I went to Livonia Trophy for the finishing touch of a nameplate. They had exactly what I wanted and copied my design and it was ready the next day at a good price. Won't hesitate to go back!"
"Love the finished result. I got the 6x8 black marble plaque with gold plating for a company recognition award ceremony. It looked very professional and was of great quality. I really liked that we could use our own logo (extra one time $15 fee) and that the plaque price included the engraving cost ($27). Communication was great as well. I was worried that it wouldn't be done in time (5 days) but they got it done earlier than scheduled (2 days). I'm also bad with checking my voicemail, so I really appreciated that they texted me when I missed their call. Highly recommend to anyone else who's debating using this versus buying online. I was going to use this other company on Amazon because it was cheaper, but I'm glad I stuck with Livonia Trophy. You can't beat the quality. Definitely will be using their service again. Only thing I recommend is asking them not to put their sticker logo on the back. I tried peeling it off and some of the frame peeled off with it...Although its in the back, just wanted to give a heads up for OCD people like myself"
