"Awful customer service and the worst shipping and returns policy of any modern company I’ve dealt with. Bought pants that were misrepresented on the site so had to return them. This company doesn’t offer ANY return service- cost is purely on the customer for returns, and their interaction over email is blunt to the point of annoyance. Will be sticking to companies that can facilitate shipping in this century."
"Truly a staple in the metro area for 25 plus years for the hockey player of any age. Fully stocked pro shop whether you're training on ice or off ice. If you can imagine it, they keep it in stock or can ship it to your home fast from the warehouse. Full skate service 7 days a week. A great selection with all the top brands for any need that arises. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and there to help. I love this place"
"Perani's is the only store I go to for equipment purchases. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. What I appreciate most is they never try to up-sell you on equipment and will work within your budget. That's incredibly helpful considering how expensive this sport is. I actually like the smaller renovated space much more than their old larger space because everything is well organized and easy to find. There are always enough employees around to answer any questions you have."
"CCM, Bauer… all the hockey brands you can trust. A huge selection of gear, skates, pads helmets and clothes, sticks and pucks. I was dissatisfied with the customer service though. We purchased a face shield for a helmet. It had some very minor scratches once we opened it at home and put it on the helmet. The helmet/face shield was tried on once and the face shield ended up being too wide for the helmet. We attempted to return or even get store credit and Joe, who was working refused stating that there was a “mark” on the shield that was clearly there when we bought it. Instead, Joe tried selling us another $60 shield. This is not great customer service and we expected more. Thanks anyway guys!!! I’ll still give 3 stars for showing up to work."
