"I dropped my arrows off to get fletched on 11/24 with new veins and wrap that I had just purchased at the store. I was told it would take an hour. I continuously called and showed up to the store and they were not done. I just got them back today, 12/16 and still nothing was done to them as I had asked. The wrap was not even put on, and I did not get it back so I now have to buy a new wrap from somewhere. As well as the veins I wanted all white in, which I gave to the guy specifically and all he did was put the same veins back on the arrows which were red. The customer service was very bad. Every time I went into the store no one was there to help me."

"We had a terrible experience when trying to get some work done on our Ravin R500. The strings broke on the bow after approximately 15 shots. (not Domka's fault at this point). The bow was not dry fired or anything so it was going to be repaired under warranty. We took the bow back to Domka to get the bow looked at and get new cables and strings put on. (Note: When we bought the bow from Domka, they told us to bring it to them rather than sending it in to Ravin for repairs). Domka complained the whole time saying that Ravin Customer Service is so hard to work with, and that getting warranty work done was nearly impossible. They took the bow however, and said they would get the work done. 3 Months, 5 phone calls, and a very frustrated in person visit later, Domka finally agreed to call Ravin. We didn't believe Domka at this point because they have been saying they would get the work done for 3 months. I called Ravin customer Service to confirm that the bow was sent in. Ravin Customer Service answered almost immediately and was very nice to work with on the phone. Ravin had the bow back to us within a week. and had no issues with repairing the bow at no cost to myself. Domka put all the blame on Ravin, When in all actuality, Domka was just too lazy to actually send out bow in for service. I will never buy anything from Domka again...............Update: Domka's response is completely not true, but of course they continue to argue......."
