"This place is very dishonest . I hired Alyson Oliver Attorney for a child custody case. A filled and filed all the paperwork on my own all she had to do was show up to court with me for an objection. On Friday 5pm 2 days before my court date I get a call from one of her employee that I never met or talked to before and He had no idea or experience With my case and everything I've been going through past 2 years. He left a message to informed me that he will be representing me this coming Monday morning in court instead of Allison Oliver , he left me his email address to forward him any documents that needed for him to go over before Monday. I tried calling him back right away but The receptionist said he had left for the day. I tried emailing him all weekend asking him to call me back but got zero respond. On Monday morning as I'm walking out the door to go court I got a call from him saying he is not prepared to take on my case and that he needs more time!? he informed me that he will be rescheduling court for different day. At that point I was very upset and disappointed of how Unprofessional they are and how little they cared about my case my son! ( my son is my life and I will die protecting him) I called Alison Oliver to inform her of what just happened and how disappointed I was. I told her that upon meeting her I hired her to come court with me and not this person that I don't know! she responded back with we are a team that work together And he has access to all my notes and he should have been prepared for court today.. long story short when I refused to have him come court with me because I didn't trust him he was very rude and angry he accused me of being a bad mother that's trying to take her son away from his father and that confirmed my intentions of not trusting him with the parental alienation case ...After giving them $1200 they are sending me another bill for$1800.. my phone calls are not returned to go over why I'm being billed 3 times for everything. I will be reporting this office.."

"The worst law group I've ever had the displeasure of contracting and I didn't even hire them. I contacted Oliver law group quite some time ago and just today received a LETTER stating they wouldn't take my case but not to wait too long to find someone else or I'd have no case at all. This is after I had to have 2 separate consultations because there was allegedly an error and they lost everything. I was thrown between people and promised so many call backs that never happened. This letter is dated from over a week ago. They could have called as promised to explain they felt they couldn't take it and give recommendations as law firms typically do but they did not. There was no referral, no communication, and some of the most unprofessional business structure I've seen to date. It's already so difficult to have the law upheld and when you're told not to look for other law firms while awaiting a response and don't get that response for months and that response is that I shouldn't wait to find someone else to help me uphold the law, it's just disgusting. Chances are that my choice to consult with Oliver law group likely cost me this entire case in time alone. Edit: For correction, I am not a Mr but a Ms Also, I had previously tried to discuss these issues and was told I'd get calls back but instead got this super delayed impersonal letter, I'd prefer not to continue trying to resolve these issues. I leave reviews when I've already exhausted all other options as I prefer to leave people with the most accurate representation possible and I dislike giving low reviews but at times it is quite necessary. Thank you for the response but you've wasted enough of my time."
