"Quiet little park, very nicely managed and presented. Like the log cabins and signs, shows part if the early pioneers' life and spirit. Love the story of Dr. David Rogers, after which the park names. There is also a selter and a few rows of logs got sitting, so it's good for gatherings too. No walking/hiking trails, just a small park yo relax and appreciate the pioneer spirits."
