Belle Tire

"I showed up at Monroe Belle Tire on Feb 6th at 8am to get my tires rotated. When I spoke to the Belle Tire person I said I wanted my tires rotated and that I had a vibration at 60-70MPH. And that I was positive it was so to built up mud inside the rims. (I live in a crappy dirt road) I was charged the $20 rotation fee because this is a newer vehicle and I didn’t not buy the tires from Belle. The receipt shows the note: “2020 Ranger check for mud in wheels” When the truck was finished I asked if they found a lot of mud in the rims. The employee went back to ask the technician and I was told that they didn’t. Well they didn’t because someone obviously didn’t check them. I still had the vibrations and when I got home I cleaned quite a bit of mud off of 3 of the 4 tires. So the reason I did t go back and have them finish the job was I was already 10 miles down the road when I got to the freeway. And I had just finished a 12 hour midnight shift and I wanted to go home and go to bed. Now I’ve been going to Belle Tire locations for close to 30 years and bought more than a dozen set of tires for my vehicles in the time frame. So one of following happened, either the tech didn’t see the note on the work order. Or he seen it at the end and cleaned the one tire. Or someone just didn’t do the whole job. I will still go to Belle Tire because I’ve typically had good service from them in my 30 years. But someone definitely dropped the ball here and it cost me my time, and that was the whole reason I paid someone to take care of this problem"

"Do not bring your vehicle here. Dishonest mechanics and sales reps who blatantly lie. Brought my vehicle here and they did 2,000 in fixes they said I needed. I bought all the warranties. Tire went bad, they refused to replace and I had to return 3 times so they could continue to try and “fix” the blown tire. I returned last week saying I needed a brake replacement. They said it wasn’t brakes but new tires were needed and 4000 in additional fixes. The reps hands were shaking. I did not have my original receipt on me. They charged me $300 for new tires that were still under warranty. When I returned home I realized the “fixes” they said were mandatory had been done a year prior. When confronted the reps had no excuse. Blatant scams. Please don’t bring your car here. DB auto in Monroe does a great job and are honest. Or muffler man. I repeat. Do not bring your vehicle to this belle tire."

"Another bad experience. My husband and his father might be loyal to these thieves, but, they've lost me for good now. I went in for an alignment. They came out claiming that my alignment was so far out of spec (here's a hint: my feminine gender and lack of having taken auto shop does not change that I've read the manual and know the specs) that they would need to replace the rear control arms... a quick Google search proved that the exact part number they quoted me, was less than half the cost they were asking for the part, before labor. Took my keys and went to another shop, gave me the honest number for the part and the labor estimate came in about 2/3 of the price Belle Tire wanted. I think they should change their name from "Belle Tire" to "Bill Tire" instead..."

"Been going to Belle tire for years for my tires. Got tired of Sam clubs, cheap tires. But it seems like Belle tire is just as bad. Belle tire would not even prorate my tire ,when the treads were still good. They prorated my tire before.Plus When I got my car back, it was missing the center hub cap. Went back and ask them if they had it. They come out with 5 to 6 other center hub caps to peoples cars. They did not have mine though. I'll give them two stars ,because they try. But obviously nobody's in control of this place and how they're running it. Their ad for hiring says they desperately need help. Stay clear of this place ,until they get somebody that knows what they're doing ."

"I highly recommend this location. Whenever I bring my car in for any type of matter, they are always so friendly and take such good care of me and my vehicle. I’ve purchased tires from them, have had oil changes, exhaust issues and they’re amazing. They really do take care of me, and I appreciate it so much. Other places in Monroe have seriously overcharged on many different services and Belle Tire in Monroe is super fair in their pricing, and are always able to get me in. I’ve heard others bad mouth them, but as far as I’m concerned, they’ve been very good to me! Great Job guys, I so appreciate you all!"
