"Wow! Paul’s Automotive! Had to have the truck towed. Paul’s called and let me know it was on their lot, they also asked detailed questions about what was going on with the truck and how long. They called the next morning and told me the status ruling out what I thought it might be. They called again once they had the problem solved. Paul’s has great communication keeping me informed each step of the way. While there, I added a few extra items to the list. They once again kept me informed on the additions. Great people! "Hands down the best place to go in Monroe, better yet, in this region. Kris and the crew were quick to get my van in on the second day, which required multiple requests (trans leak, thermostat change, and sway bar links). They contacted me early on Tuesday morning and had it done by the end of the day. He explained, in awesome detail, what was found, per my requests. Friendly and down-to-earth customer service. If we ever need any future work done on our vehicle, we WILL be back. God Bless!"

"Paul's Automotive is a quality auto repair. A few days ago my wife and I were out of town. When we started back home my check engine light came on.so I pulled over checked the oil, it was good checked the cooling system and it was good. We drove home. The next day I brought our van in to get it checked out. There were quite a few cars trucks ahead of mine. They said that they would get it in, take a look and give me a call. I got a call the next day. I was expecting it to be there a week if not more. I was glad to hear the They were able to fix it, and we git the van back the next day.
