"I spoke with Tim when I canceled my policy due to all the inconsistent service and incorrect information I continuously received. I canceled this policy long before my monthly payment was to be taken out of my account. He informed me there was nothing left to due and he canceled my policy and assured me my payment would not be taken out. I ask if he was sure he did not need my new policy number from State farm (because I had it right in front of me), he said no. Then on the original due date and $224 was taken out of my account for my monthly payment right after Christmas! I reached out to his office and talked to his staff and they said they did need my State Farm policy number which is why it was not canceled! I asked his office staff to have Tim call me and he never did, horrible customer service! Now it will take 2 weeks to get my money back...I don't think anyone knows what there talking about, which is why I switched to State Farm, I never had this issue with them ever!"
