"The Lowell YMCA upgraded in so many positive ways. I would like to start with just how welcoming and helpful the staff is. I am always welcomed with a hello and they take the time to remember your name. The facility is always very clean and I often see member's of the staff cleaning the machines all time of the day. The kid zone staff is absolutely the best. They take such good care of the kiddos, you know that when you drop your little off that they will be interacted with and cared for to the best of their ability. The only complaints I have is that there is only one flat bench press. That can get tied up for a while during busy hours. And possibly adding a Jacob's ladder machine and remove some of the stationary bikes would add a great element to the cardio area. All in all I would and do recommend this facility to everyone in the local area."
