"This is the most unprofessional dollar tree by far! They are so rude and so loud. The store is filthy the bathroom is almost unusable its so disgusting. I took pics not sure how to share. I hate when I'm in a crunch and have to go to this store."

"Every time I’m in there (which is often) the manager, she doesn’t wear a name tag so I don’t know her name, is very loud and making rude comments. One time she was ringing up customers because her ONE employee was on break, I think. An older gentleman comes back, and gets on register. She immediately turns her light off as she’s finishing up with a customer. Another customer stepped into her line, she sends her to her employee’s line, where I’m at and have a decent order. The manager gets done with her customer, the gentleman is half way through my order, so that lady pops back over to the manger’s line and she says “are you in a rush?” The customer goes, “No, are you closed though?” The manager goes, “Yes I am actually.” And walks back into her little cubical to “work”. The last time I was there, there was some little signs left on the register. She very loudly, rudely and disrespectfully asked the older gentleman what this was and how it got here. He didn’t know. That conversation could have easily waited until he didn’t have a customer. She embarrassed him, put him on the spot and made the entire store look bad. The employees are constantly changing, none stay too long. Too often I hear loud conversations in the cubical (if that’s what you want to call it) that are not work appropriate. There are also super rude comments to the employees and the customers, often. My husband has asked a few times about items being in stock and he gets the response of “I don’t know or try another dollar tree.” This store doesn’t have a freezer section (which is a big perk to have in my opinion) and they don’t have a lot of what the other stores do so I’m usually running around to 2-3 dollar stores. The employees just look worn out, unhappy to be at work and the entire store is tense when this manager is working. She makes ME uncomfortable and I’m just a customer. The worst part about all of this, is I can’t even complain to the manager because she IS the manager! This store really needs to be checked."

"I went into the Lowell Dollar Tree today around pm today 7/8/21. I went up to the register with 9 glass items. The clerk started placing about 4 medium to large glasses into one super thin plastic bag. I asked if they could place something in between each glassware item or wrap the items so they won't break. The cashier got annoyed and called for the manager and she asked the manager, "can you take care of this one for me?" They said it's policy. I figured she was having a bad day. The the cashier told the next lady in line that she was sorry for the wait. I left stating, "I'm sorry you're having a bad day. God Bless you". The customer behind me said that she would have asked for her stuff to be protected as well if she was buying glassware; then the customer didn't understand why the cashier apologized to her instead of me for how she treated me. Customer service should always be a pleasant experience instead of an attitude and lack of a smile. It don't matter if a person likes their job or not; the job is to be pleasant and help customers with a smile. Very disappointed in the cashier. I'm also not feeling well about the manager cause she allowed the cashier to over power her. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. I don't see many customers at all whenever I go there. I wonder if this situation is why."

"Not sure how many managers work at this store but this one who is a lady needs to be retrained on customer service!! The employees over all are great and friendly however I've seen many experiences where this lady is rude and experienced this 1st hand today for myslef, she definitely was not interested in assisting me at all and her attitude showed. When I said in disbelief to her that I have never experienced anyone here not willing to help me she said with big smirk "well all dollar trees are self serve, I don't know what dollar tree you have been going too.""
