"I ordered custom cabinets from Richwall for a home built in 2012. They were painted white and were beautiful. Within two years they started chipping around the handles. I expect this is normal wear and tear and is understandable. I finally decided to contact them to see if they had matching paint so I could repair the chips. I spoke to someone who offered to ship me paint free of charge. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear back. So I called again and talked to someone else who said I must have talked to a salesman. Okay? This new guy was going to investigate and call me back. He expressed some concern about the paint matching, but I was willing to give it a try. Five days go by and nothing from guy #2 so I called back. Now the answer is the paint is $10 and I can pick it up in Livonia. But still, it's probably not going to match. Whether it matches or not is not the point. These were very expensive cabinets and it would be nice to have a call returned within a reasonable time frame. And, to honor the promise made by the first person. Disappointing."
