"They took my elderly mother's money for a ticket, then failed to tell her they changed the bus stop. We looked online to double check the time and the website information still listed the old bus stop. So we got to the bus stop at 6:30 AM and waited....and waited....and waited. We finally called the bus company to see what was going on. Instead of an apology, they argued about the bus stop. When I went home I called them and again, instead of apologizing and trying to fix the problem, the customer "service" agent instead argued with me. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was supposedly busy. Left a message and my number but Brenda didn't call back. Very poor service. Don't recommend it if you have any other options."
