"Great experience here this past weekend and had very relaxed and positive staff to accommodate. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing as well. Only disadvantage was a few loose plugs in the room but luckily the microwave had extra plugs which was interesting but it did put a smile on my face."
"Verified guest: Sure are a lot of apologies written from managers in fact too many now that age and degrading descriptions are apparent. Stayed here before and I've written a super good review in the past but not today. Night manager a man with no name couldn't get any of my credit cards to work for 26 minutes he tried with no luck. So instead of offering a room and straighten out cc the next day I left, this was at midnight. It was disappointing. Never again will I stay here."

"We were in town for one night. My hubby and I booked the jacuzzi suite. we booked direct through their site and are a member of choice privileges. The room itself is large, clean, well stocked and the bed was comfy. My issue comes w the staff and the sole reason we booked the $290/night room, the JACUZZI. The jacuzzi was rather dirty. The water intake was covered in hair and ‘film’. The jets also had ‘film’ ion/around them. I went to front desk and talked to Justin. I asked if he could have someone come clean the jacuzzi. His response was housekeeping will be in at 9am the next morning. I explained we are only staying tonight. He said there was nothing he could. I said so I need to clean it myself? He told me to talk to the front desk lady that will be in in the morning. I spent the 1st hour of our, supposed to be romantic, night cleaning the jacuzzi! Killed the mood. We used the public hot tub and pool. I went and seen the manager the next morning. We were given a $30 discount and given an excuse about travel fees. We booked direct. Definitely won’t be booking the jacuzzi suite again."
"Had a good night's sleep here. The place is worn but still acceptable. It's clean. Not one of the better Quality Inns. It's just an older one. Breakfast was ok and the coffee was good. It was a very hot day and the air conditioner did it's job. I would stay here during a road trip again. It's next to a 24 hour travel stop so it's bright and loud but the room was relatively quiet."
