"Friendly staff helpful, got us plates and bowls spoons forks napkins she was awesome! When my hubby checked in she made him feel like we were the most important customers today, he's usually put off by check in etc...but this young lady made him feel like he was welcome and wanted in the hotel. Thanks for that! We will definitely make this a routine stop, we will be visiting every few months. Highly recommend this hotel has a pool a hot tub bring a suit.....I forgot...!!!! all this & free breakfast, and PETS ARE WELCOME TOO!!"
"Tiny refrigerators with no freezer. The hot tub is barely warmer than most pools. Service was decent rooms were ok if you ignore the furnace/AC making tons of noise. key card readers seem to struggle a bit.. overall kind of disappointing. If it wasn’t for work I’d be staying somewhere else. Edit, 1 week later. Seems as if the freezer issue has been solved being this weeks room the fridge (that has no adjustment) just freezes all my lunch stuff… I’m really seeing no upside to this place other than it’s where our company puts us up…."
"Great place to stay in Ironwood. Has a limited, but serviceable breakfast, close to copper cup for excellent morning caffeine. Close to copper peak and the other water falls. Clean room, nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Staff friendly and professional. Good relaxing vibe. Pet friendly."
"The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The girl at the check in desk was great, had a good sense of humour. Was a great way to end the day after an 8 hour drive from Winnipeg. :) Breakfast choices were a little bit better than comparably-priced hotels I've stayed at in the past. Would absolutely stay here again."
