Jake delivered and picked up the boat from West Twin Lake right on time, and was patient with me when I managed to drain the battery one night, coaching me through the recharging process via telephone. She is very informative and help me rent a pontoon boat for myself my son and three other young men that get together every summer to have a guy's weekend. The boat was fantastic ! Clean , a new model the gentleman Jacob that dropped us off at the dock explained everything thoroughly and asked if we had any questions and left us his contact phone number if we had any questions while out on the water. "Action Outdoor Rentals are by far the BEST rental company I have ever dealt with. Tammy was such charm and the whole staff from Ethan and his very helpful navigation to the Drop off was super easy! They were so accommodating and even though we didn't have the best weather, we still were able to enjoy our boat! They went above and beyond for my family to make memories.
