"These people wear clown shoes. If zero stars was possible that would be my rating for these imbeciles. Bought a KLX 110L, paid cash. The title I received was for a bike with a different VIN number than the one I purchased. It has been almost a year and these idiots have yet to get me the correct title. I have placed multiple phone calls and have been told a few times they had it taken care of. I was told I would be getting the correct title in the mail multiple times with the last one being a couple months ago. So I wait and of course nothing shows up in the mail. It is not possible to sell the bike or use it as collateral without the correct title. I have spoke with many different people, parts manager, sales manager, and general manager among others. Apparently they are all MORONS! I have recently contacted the Michigan Department of state Regulatory Monitoring Divisions office of investigative services. Of course some other unlucky individual is dealing with the same issues I am having. I am a Registered Nurse, if I did my job like these idiots a patient would without a doubt expire. I would not recommend doing business with these fools. They are a special kind of stupid. On top of being so inept their customer service is nonexistent. I believe I understand why people get violent in situations like this. I have been getting jerked around for a year. So move along folks, nothing to see here!"

"We were very disappointed with the dishonest communication we received from Mega Power Sports. We usually go to Pioneer Hills Marine for maintenance of our Kawasaki Teryx and have been very happy with their work. Due to one of their mechanics being injured, they indicated it would be a few weeks before they could get us in so we called Mega Power Sports. We were told our scheduled maintenance would take about two weeks, cost around $500 and the Teryx would be kept inside the whole time. The inside storage was a real selling feature for us as we have had problems with our snowmobiles being damaged due to being left outside when in for service. Although Mega Power Sports was farther away and required renting a car hauler to get the Teryx there and back, we were very pleased with the quote, the two week estimate and promise of inside storage. Two months and $1,550 later we were finally able to pick up our Teryx. A month and a half in, we were given a date for pick-up. One day before we were to pick it up, we received a call letting us know they had finally inspected it and found a torn boot. We approved that additional repair. The boot wasn't part of the initial $500 estimate but also shouldn't represent a $1,000 difference. Every time we called to check the progress, we specifically asked if the Teryx was being kept inside, as promised, and were assured by the Service Manager, John, that it was. When we picked it up, it was outside, the key was in the ignition and rusted to the keychain. We asked a worker if it had been inside and were told "No, only boats are kept inside." Don't believe anything you are told when Mega Power Sports is trying to get your business. It appears they will tell you whatever you want to hear and are perfectly comfortable lying to customers."

"Bought a 2022 Mako 15ft skiff from them 5/10/2022 for $24000 and put about $2000 in additional equipment. I have put about 30hrs on boat and it is in showroom condition. I called and talked to Jason the Owners son? He said he would give me a quote for a trade in. After not returning my calls for 3days I left a message with a salesperson that I would appreciate a call back as promised. Jason finally called me back and he offered me $12000 for my nearly new boat!! It was an insult to get such a number and I told him he was insane to have given me that quote. I’m sure he took over the business from his father, because his father dealt with me when I picked up the boat and was respectful. He isn’t going to have a business if he’s not calling people back and treating customers in the manner he did me!! Robert Wright Jr"
