"The store manager, Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the different tire options and answer questions. Then his staff installed my tires so much quicker than I expected (based on experiences at other tire stores). One of the technician accidentally cracked one of the plastic hub cap covers, but they told me immediately and offered to reimburse me for a whole new set plus free installation. I ordered them online Thursday and came back when I received them today (Monday). Jeff made the reimbursement transaction quick and easy, and then the techs only took about 15 minutes to do the swap. It's hard to find honest, trustworthy people these days. I wouldn't have noticed the crack and assumed later that it was my fault. But they were upfront, honest, and willing to correct their mistake. They went above and beyond. I won't go to any other tire store ever again. Highly recommend"
