"The cookies are good when they have them. But the staff could be better. They complain about previous customers to other customers and get an attitude with you about items they don't have."
"Like many reviews have stated, the cookies are good but the wait time for ordering delivery is crazy. I’ve ordered from here several times and they are never consistent. Sometimes everything is perfect and other times you’re missing a couple cookies and it took over an hour to even get them. I’m not sure if they have their own delivery driver or use someone else but they need to reconsider whatever route they are currently on."
"Great cookies. Was a bit busy in back for a moment. Expensive but usually delicious. Wish they had better deals for bundles. Our cookies were not warm. Walked directly to the car and ate the 8 cookies and 2 deluxe cookies. Out of 3 types when we were in also :("
