"Completely rude staff, I went in with my service animal to check out the new store. And they were rude from the start even when I notified them he was my service dog. They followed me around the store my dog stayed right next to me the whole time. And once again they asked if he was a service Animal, I am not required to show his certification to anyone, but they asked and then said he isn't a real service animal. What a poor excuse for customer service. Store smelled absolutely gross and every single staff member was prude and awful with me the moment I went into the store. This is the only store in Ludington I will refuse to visit from now on definitely don't recommend checking out. I hope they stay as empty as they were when I checked out there store."
"Visiting the area and needed a supplement. They didn't have the exact one but had a great selection and was able to get a good runner up. Friendly staff. Had teas, essential oils, some produce, organic drinks and more. Good store."
