They communicate with you thru out the process. The work they do is great, They stand by their work. The prices are not cheap nor are they highest. "I have always loved these guys, they were always great, competitive in prices, kind and respectful. Certainly efficient for years. My very last visit was for a left blinker out so I called on a Thursday or Friday. I went on the following Wednesday. They made me feel like it would be a big job. Since it was cold no one could come out, there was no room in the shop. They were busy, but I waited almost a week. I've spent thousands of dollars with them. They were basically the only ones I trusted. They were rude to me the last time even after I waited over an hour in my car. I couldn't drop it off at this time. So I left, went to a nearby automotive store & purchased a 2pk of bulbs. It took less than 5 minutes to do it myself. I was very disappointed that they didn't even try. I was outside in the cold when I did it too. I'm not sure if I'll go back. It just bothers me how people can take on a sudden personality change like that, and become rude. I was told to be there when they opened. Maybe it's a misunderstanding, but I know how I feel personally about going there now. I probably won't. Thanks for everything up until last time."
