"MON2800A Precision Climate Controlled Humidor I researched climate controlled humidors, prior to purchasing the MON2800A. The reviews were very good. When I made the call, I spoke with Jied. She was so very helpful and professional. She answered any questions I had and assured me I had purchased a quality product. I explained to her at the time of ordering, I was working out of town and was trying to time the arrival of the humidor, with my returning home. She took care of that. It arrived on or around December 16th of 2023, as arranged. It was very well packaged and protected. I inspected it, prior to the delivery driver leaving and all was well. I got it inside and unpackaged it. I let it sit overnight before plugging it in. I plugged it in the next day and waited another day after setting the temperature and humidity level, I desired. The next day I put cigars inside and it has been working magnificently since then. It keeps the humidity level +- 1% as advertised. it is a gorgeous unit and I am so very pleased with it. "I purchased a 250 Cigar Salvador Brazilian Rosewood Cigar Humidor and couldn't be happier with the experience. I was reluctant at first as I'd read neg reviews about this humidor having a strong glue odor which is not the case with the one that I received today. Secondly, the packaging was beyond anything that I could have imagined. It was in its original box which was placed in another well protected outer box that arrived in perfect condition. This is a unique humidor that has a large footprint and and is a bit shallower so you don't have to do a lot of digging to find the cigar that you want. I researched many humidors and luckily found this one.This a fabulous store as they do what they say that they are going to do and they do it better than anyone else!
