"This company is scamming people and it needs to be investigated. Worst purchase and experience I’ve ever had. I’ll try to keep this simple. went to the location and purchased and outlet mattress(don’t ever do that) - mattress arrived with broken springs - was not the same mattress that I ordered in the store - spent 4 days waiting on an answer about what the next steps are - they kept dodging me and said they would call back so I went in there. They tried to do everything but give me a refund- the refund took well over 7 - 10 business days - I got the refund minus $40 for restocking fees."
