"Customer service is okay, but they really have to work on keeping shelves stocked. I went in with a list of items to purchase and left with nothing. A lot of the shelves were half empty as if they were going out of business!"
"Came into this location for the first time and NEVER in my 15+ years working retail would I EVER speak to a customer the way I was talked to !! To the point after I told her she didn't have to be such a b**** another lady came up to me and said she as well was disgusted with the way she handled the situation!!! All I did was ask for a location of an item!! As you know big lots is a mess and things are every where all she had to say is" if we had any left it would be up front" and I would have been more then happy to go up front and look myself I never asked her to shop for me and I never asked her for her smart remarks I was shopping for a door dash order and when I told her the way she is handling her customers was disgusting she stated I wasn't a customer because I was in There shopping for someone else !!! Marci the store manager needs to be re trained on her costumer service and or maybe should reconsider her position there I will not ever step into this location ever again and encourage the customers to come shop at ollie's bargain outlet where we don't treat ANY of our customers like that and even tho we won't shop for you we will be more the HAPPY to POINT you into the right direction!!!"
"We have always headed to Fred's when we have a furniture need. We bought this 9' x12' beautiful rug from Fred, last weekend! It is in perfect shape, lights up the room. As always, Fred and staff were helpful, including loading on top of our Jeep!"

"Purchased a new mattress, box spring, and frame from here. Also got a new bedding set to go with the new bed. The process was easy and all the items I wanted was in stock. The delivery is extra and must be paid to the drivers when it is delivered because they use a third party company, but my box spring was free with the purchase of my mattress so it didn't take me out of my budget. I've had my bed for about a month now and I love it."
