"We had booked this company in the past and had them back to quote lights to be installed at my house. After the work was booked, the owner showed up without reviewing our project information, sprayed markings for the work to be done in safety orange (including hitting the brick of my house). Then sent an email that was very condescending and rude towards our property and my wife who was handling all the correspondence. When challenged on how he addressed my wife and our house, he instead told her that she was overreacting he felt like in another email that was additionally rude. Overall he showed up to a customers house to prep for work without reviewing his own notes, project plan, or what the goals were. I would not suggest this company if you expect a well prepared professional who can treat customers as the should be treated."
