"I was excited to move within walking distance of a park when I was expecting my twins who are now 3 years old. We did frequent the playground before they replaced it with a tall, strange playscape and we're so disappointed because my 3 year olds are too small or scared to enjoy the playground as it's designed for much older kids. Now we drive to other parks. It's a shame."
"Nice park, but no longer friendly for all ages as of 2023. It's an interesting play structure, but my 2 year old can't do the ropes to get to the tube slide which is definitely the best feature. There was a dad there lifting his little kids between platforms so they could get to it... The nature theme of the whole thing is really cool, there were a couple spots for parents to sit in the shade, open bathrooms (others went but I can't speak to their cleanliness because we didn't), safety seesaw toy, and a nice variety of swings - but there used to be more swings from what I remember. I'm not entirely convinced the update was a good one overall. There's an open area like perhaps they plan to add something else, but that's just my wishful thinking/ speculation."
"The park (6 months ago) used to have a beautiful and massive playground for children of all ages. Now it’s just replaced with a large slide meant for 12+ year olds. I do not recommend it for parents with toddlers."
"I was excited to go to this park with my toddler after seeing pictures. It looks to have been recently replaced with one large play structure for kids 5-12. There's a sand area and a few swings but not much for younger kids. Be aware, parents of toddlers/preschoolers."
"This is a great place to bring your family and relax outside. There are toilets available and a huge play area for kids. It has two baseball diamonds and a couple of volleyball nets. There is also a pavilion for reserving large parties. If you just have a few people there are picnic tables scattered around the park as well. Perfect place to practice flying a drone or meeting up with your friends for a game of soccer!"
