"Excellent customer service! Millie and Alex went above and beyond to help me out of a tough spot. I had a builder at my house reflooring my basement when we discovered we were three boxes short. I had selected a flooring that wasn't readily available at a local big box store, so I called several places to see where I could get it the fastest. The Furniture Store came out ahead both in price and in speed they could get it to me. Millie was so helpful in understanding my situation and doing whatever she could to help me out. Thank you!"

The product we selected was the Matrexx Enduring laminate...VERY pleased that we did. Even the installers mentioned that this was an excellent product to work with. Alex and Josh at the store were real helpful and made sure everything ran on schedule. Their installers are the best. They took their time to make sure each piece of laminate fit correctly. They even found 2 high spots in the existing hardwood floor, sanded them down and checked the floor before laying down new laminate to assure there would be no issues. Good work for sure, thanks. "Had an amazing experience here. Although this place was a bit far away for me I found it to be well worth my time. Stopped by after a personal recommendation and was pleasantly impressed by the courteous, friendly and professional service and quality. They have a very beautiful curated selection at their store. I ended up ordering from a catalog without even seeing the product first, but rather choosing from swatches for fabric. We were shopping for a couch and this was a very hard task until we stopped at The Furniture Store. It’s a family owned business and everyone we interacted with was very invested in the best outcome of our experience. Once we ordered the couch, they delivered promptly for a small delivery fee and we got a matching ottoman too. We are so happy because it ended up being the most comfortable couch we could have hoped for. Also the fabric is made of fantastic quality, especially because we have kids and a dog. Overall extremely happy with the purchase and the high level of communication and friendliness we received at this store. Highly recommend!"
