"Excellent customer service from Pier and John at Value City furniture. I have purchased from Value City before and their furniture is top notch, but when I recently had an issue with a lamp, Pier was fantastic, answering my questions and resolving my issue quickly. John took the time to wrap my new lamp up so nicely to protect it during transport. I can buy furniture anywhere, but it’s customer service like I received from Pier and John that keeps me coming back! They stand behind their products and genuinely care about their customers. Great team at that location!"
