"From start to finish my experience with Value City was so easy. Was nervous but I’ve ordered furniture before from them so for the first time, I ordered online. My husband thought I was crazy for ordering furniture I’ve never seen or sat in, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! It’s beautiful and fits perfectly in our finished basement space! I love it. The only hiccup is that they sent my lamp shade but no base. Still waiting on that, but Tina was super helpful and provided me with the tracking info to keep up on its location.
