"We previously had left a 5 star review here, we have been using PAW for our equipment repairs for years. This service has always been great, Rich is an amazing flooring equipment repair specialist, he still gets 5 stars. The administrative side has gotten really away from communication and just general customer service. We had some of our equipment repaired. I never got a call for my equipment being ready to be picked up, it sat there for 2 weeks. I was charged a storage fee without my permission. I received an emailed invoice that they charged my card and never called me. This is the second time this has happened. I would understand if they had communicated with that it was ready and I neglected to get it in a timely fashion. We will no longer work with this company, which is sad because Rich is so great. But my recommendation would be to avoid this store."
