"This one star is too high for this place , do not leave any items here that you want back. I dropped off my Coach purse to have a strap stitched, which the owner said he could easily do. When I went back a week later to pick it up it was not ready, I said no problem and told the owner I would be back in a few days. I went back two days later and found out he had given my purse to someone else. He did not get a claim ticket for my purse or confirm the phone number we are required to give in order to keep track of items. Now I am out a purse and he said "I am not sure what I can do". Horrible business practice and horrible customer service as well."

"Yes, the man can be quirt. He knows what he is doing, he has replaced batteries for my watches and charged me as little as $5.00. He has cleaned my jewelry professionally, there is no way I can get it to sparkle like he can. Seriously I don't know how he makes it in business he is very reasonable. He repaired my husbands watch band and didn't charge me. I know he doesn't like small talk. He just does his job excellently with no chit chat. He does a great job on repairing shoes also."

"This guy was totally rude on the phone. I asked him to give me a range for what it normally costs to repair a zipper on a boot and he sarcastically told me "$1000- I don't know. I can't tell you until I see it." He couldn't give me a ballpark? I'm not driving a half an hour to have him look at it! I understand that he needs to see it but does he have to be rude about it? No thanks, learn how to provide customer service."
