"Wish I could give zero star. DO NOT LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY coming here. Had a long wait for the tires to come available at the store and after that, during the installation Sam's Tire & Battery from Utica-MI damaged both sides of the rocker panel. Had to take to a collision shop to fix it after the damage. Lots of headaches for what should be a simple work with the proper skilled people."

"DO NOT COME HERE. The purchasing of the tires was great. However the installation was a mess. They have a team of 3 people that can’t put one tire correctly. What was an appointment that should have taken 45min to 1 hour resulted in a 2 hour ordeal, because the incompetence of the workers that put tires backwards, and just stood there on their phones laughing and fooling around instead of correcting the job. I understand times are tough to find quality workers, but I would go to Belle tire or some place similar, to avoid any headaches. PS: They use impact tools to put your lug nuts back on, meaning they have no idea how to work on cars. Go to a shop that uses torque wrenches so you can drive your car safely."

"2 reviews in one. I had ordered tires on black Friday free install that day. Well was told they were in. They weren't actually 2 weeks later they found them in the back. I had a 9 am appointment I dropped off the van. We were told 2 hours cause they were busy. No problem I had shopping to do. Came back at 12:45 and the woman with the dreadlocks told me "we didn't call you yet it's not done." Ok I had more shopping to do. I come back at 2 and was told oh your car has been done since 11. Really when I was there at 12:45 it wasn't done. 1 week later the guy with the slayer hat took care of me. Real nice guy said 1 1/2 hours and it was done in 2. They were much more professional. They need more employees period. There was no one at the desk and the poor woman who was running the online pickup kept telling the tire guys that people were waiting to drop off and pickup. It took the store manager to get the tire people to come out of the garage to talk to us customers. If the tires weren't $140 off I would have gone to bell tire instead. Poor poor customer service. Normally I dont care about reviews but this place sucked. We even called the corporate number to complain."

"Ordered a tire here because it was the only place that offered that specific tire. Waited four days, called them, was told to wait for them to call me. Ok... I call again after another five days and find out that the order had been cancelled and no one decided to tell me. When i asked for a refund (because they made me pay up front) i was told i had to come back into the store if i wanted my money back. I never had an opinion of Sam's club before, but this experience has turned me off from ever shopping there again: extremely poor customer service and archaic services."
