"Avoid. Stopped in today at 2pm for some drainage components, the employee working the counter was having an adult meltdown for some reason when I asked a question after waiting 15min for him to help me. Very hostile, felt like the guy wanted to punch me or something!! And, in the middle of his wacky tantrum, he told me to leave the store and not to come back!! What?!? Was so disturbing, called their corporate office and spoke to an area manager that was really nice, but it’s hard to fix that awful experience. 1 star for the guy working the counter - no thanks!!"
"Bought a utility knife from this store. Broke three weeks later. Asked to return it told me I had to go to the manufacturer. I went to the other site one landscaping and they said they would swap it no problem.75$ on my utility knife and still have yet to have it replaced."
