The sales associate who helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, but wasn't trying to sell us on something we didn't want and wasn't trying to add "upgrades." He simply listened to what we wanted, showed us what fit that criteria, and answered all of our questions. I truly wish more shopping experiences were like this one! The storefront isn't very large, but I never felt like anyone was hovering and we never had to find someone to answer questions when we had them. We were given time to look around and talk without feeling pressured. I sincerely appreciate the experience and highly recommend this Lumber Liquidators location! (Even though I was HIGHLY skeptical about going to a flooring store in a fairly upscale shopping center, their service won me over!)"
