"I cannot say enough awesome things about our experience from start to finish. The store itself is clean and organized. There were plenty of options without feeling overwhelmed. The prices were way cheaper to other tile shops in the area and while the whole staff was friendly and professional, one person in particular named Nico went above and beyond. He helped me with more patience than we deserved, was very nice to our rambunctious children and helped us find the right combination of tiles to make our dream home a reality. Thank you!"

"Was told explicitly by the staff that purchase of underlayment for Nucore flooring was required or the warranty would be void. This is 100% not true. I was lied to to make a sale (yes they are commision). The underlayment is an absolute nightmare to work with as it curls up so bad and has to be installed the opposite way of the flooring. The videos by Floor and Decor do not even follow this specific instructions, and they lay the underlayment on the same axis as the flooring. Very dissatisfied with this experience."
