"I purchased a gas log from Bosker Brick Co for one of our properties last year. From the time of purchase, there were challenges: Installation issues, manufacturer defects, missing boxes from our order, finger pointing, delivery hold ups, miscommunications, discord, and definitely some frustrations from both sides. But what made the experience good, was that Nick took the time to speak with me, and allowed me the space to share my experience regarding my purchase from beginning to end. He listened openly, with care and validated my feelings regarding the situation, which there were many things that were out of my control. It meant a lot. It showed me that there are small businesses that still implement good communication and care with customers. It is my hope, that all small businesses will train their employees to handle situations like this, by doing what's fair and right, so that when we are dealing with other employees within the company, we will be treated with dignity and respect.
