"We have spent thousands with Lowes on appliances and items for our home. Never again. Lowes has lost us as a customer due to their terrible installation outsourcing. We have waited over 6 weeks to have doors we paid in full for installed and have been ghosted by the installer twice. Once over weather and once because he claims his truck broke down. All Lowes will due is tell me let's see what we can do. And they do nothing. My husband finally demanded our money back in full. They have lost us as a customer. Buyer beware with their 3rd party installation problems."
"I went to the hardware dept for some Bolts nuts and washers for my husbands project. I was irritated because my husband should have gone. I was sure I would come home with the wrong thing. So this sweetheart of a man I think his name was Larry and I told him I was frustrated and needed what was in this list. He assured me he could get what I needed. So he hunted around and got everything we needed. I can’t thank Larry enough. Guys don’t send your wives to get your nuts and bolts. Like I told Larry I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t have gone to the sewing center to get me the needles I needed for my sewing machine! He laughed and he said you know I think you’re right."
