Obviously they are too busy to answer a question or they didn't think it was important to reply or didn't care. I've used this place numerous times and have always had a decent good experience. "A friend suggested Mix hardware...I am glad; I needed glass replaced in 2 of my home windows for home owners insurance. Quick repair Great! Friendly- Certainly, felt like a regular customer, young man helped me get windows in and out of car trunk. Reasonable; Yes... I needed a little help getting the windows back in place. They even gave me 3 names of individuals who do such "handyman" work. Thank you fellas at Mix hardware. I also picked up a snow shovel on my last trip there."
"I went to Mix initially with the recommendation they’d be one of the best places in town to get glass cut or supplies for reglazing my windows. I was very impressed with the service and selection, and ended up buying several other things that were on my list as “not today but soon”. I was a little hesitant starting such a big project on my own, but the employees seemed confident I could do it, and even gave me some tips. Walking out with the staff seemingly more excited for me to start this project then I was, was incredibly refreshing. Thanks Mix!"
