"This place is reminiscent of Whole Foods in that it is a good store for grocery shopping / buying exotic ingredients. You can get fresh sandwiches and salads to go. There is a salad bar and a excellent selection of cheeses, meats, and natural medicine. The majority of the goods are a fair price and the staff is nice. If you do all of your grocery shopping here, you will pay more than Walmart but the shopping experience is better."
