"Kim was awesome! I purchased a couch online and it was unable to be delivered due to the couch being too big for the stairwell up to my apartment unit. I came to this homestore and met with Kim. She listened to the issue and immediately began troubleshooting, looking for a couch that would still fit my budget and style, as well as get up the stairs to my unit. She was patient and kind, which helped me ultimately secure a couch I hope to love! Additionally, other staff members provided assistance to ensure the dimensions would be appropriate for my unit.
