"Very sad a place can do business and sell someone an open box of flooring. The flooring was the wrong size that our daughter bought . We are the ones doing the floor and came to return it . They told us it’s not a full box !!! Well if it’s not a full box you sold it to them like that . They only needed a few piece and couldn’t do that , had to buy a full box."

"We purchased laminate flooring from Ham's Home Improvement. The owner recommended an installer who came to our home and measured for the amount of flooring needed gave the square footage to Ham. Once to floor had been installed we had approximately 5.5 boxes left over. I contacted the owner of Ham's who said that they would not take it back because it was a special order so I am stuck with $500 of flooring I do not need. ."
