"Not that happy with my visit. Staff was very neutral, not friendly. I asked when I pulled in, if they would check the coolant level and the transfer case. The guy didn't know what I meant by transfer case. Took nearly 40 minutes and I was the only one there when I arrived. At the end, they hadn't checked my tire pressure and still hadn't checked my coolant level. I had to ask them again. The kid filling my coolant was yelling to the guy in the pit, "where do I put the coolant? How much should I put in? How much air should I put?" So much for "highly trained staff". If they didn't even check my tires without me asking, what other things on the long list did they not check? Plus, the kid left a huge, greasy handprint on the side of my truck. For over $100 for an oil change, I expected a little more. Definitely not using them again."

"The guys always do good work here. Today I pulled in with something dragging under my car and they clipped it just to be nice. They’re always honest and don’t try to push it with overselling. They can tell I don’t know much about my car and don’t take advantage of that either which I appreciate."

"Very very poor attitude and service. Refused, despite paying for complete service to check and fill tires. No toping off of windshield fluids etc. Told me to go to another location for tire check someplace else in the city. Attitude was dismissive and very rude. Talking about customer while in their presence as if the customer was a dog. Stopped going there a few years ago due to bad behavior. I thought that I would give them another chance but never again. I do think that there's an element of me not being the right color , age, and sex...which is just sad in this world of transparency and struggles with racism"
