"Doug, the owner, was a very genuine, communicative, and professional guy. He treated me like an equal and informed me on exactly what components of my car wasn’t working and why. He kept communication with every action he did by calling me constantly (for initial transmission test, what it came back with, before putting spark plugs on, how it performed during test drive after work), he truly went above and beyond. Also very reasonably priced. If I need future work done, I will be coming back to him and him only. Really wonderful service all around - thanks Doug for working me into your busy holiday schedule in my complete desperation!"
