"Their repair department is terrible. They don’t answer phone calls back. And when I took my car in to be serviced by them, they left a tool under the hood of my car! Very unprofessional and will never go back. If I were you. I would avoid spending my money with them all together."

"If there were a way to put negative stars I would. My husband took our 2022 Kia Sportage in to get our free oil change and have the tires rotated...The service department FAILED to put the lug nuts back on and as my husband drove off the lot the tire fell off causing the car to slam into the pavement. (They still charged me for the tire rotation.) 5 days later WE called THEM...the General Manager....or ANY other employee...never called us....to find out the status of our car. My husband spoke with Scott Tyler. He was VERY apologetic and told us he would "be with us every step of the way" in making this right and would give us "a sweet deal". In the mean time our insurance claims adjuster went to get an estimate for repairs and was declined access as Tyler was going "to take care of everything". 9 days later we went in good faith to the dealership to meet with Mr. Tyler and a salesman. We NEVER saw him. The GM NEVER left his office to introduce or greet us. The salesman was allowed to show us ONE car and only one that they would sell us...he was TOLD what we could see. (To be fair the salesman was awesome and tried to help us but we could see his hands were tied.) Their sweet deal was to add $6000 to the price of an older vehicle with more mileage on it (as we owed more than what they determined our 2022 with 26,000 miles on it was worth) for 84 months! It was AWFUL. SO...apparently they fixed our vehicle IN-HOUSE...with no paper work to show what was damaged and what was repaired, which leaves me wondering what fresh hell to expect since rotating tires proved challenging to them."

"Just an awful experience, I’ve been buying trucks for my business for 40 years, this has been a nightmare, this dealership completely messed up the financing paperwork with GM Financial, I purchased the truck in October, it is now January and the paperwork they completed, still has 5 address errors on the monthly statement and still not even close to being accurate. Tyler’s finance manager and the salesperson who sold me the truck could care less about the issue, and have been absolutely lazy and no help. This was my first truck purchase from Tyler’s and my last. I’m going to unload this truck and start over with a new dealership."

"Had a great experience at Tyler’s. I went there after referrals from friends to purchase a new vehicle. Issac was a great salesman and made the whole process super easy! He even called later on to check on us on how we liked our new jeep. The whole staff was very friendly and wonderful to work with. I love my new Jeep!! Definitely will send people to Issac for a new car purchase in the future."
