"Had 4 tires put on my car, they DID NOT have the proper tool to remove my hubcaps and removed them anyway, completely ruining my hubcap covers. Upon further inspection, I removed one of my hubcaps this morning and I’m missing a lug nut, all due to Niles Tire Service. I called to inform them of my issues and the man who answered, laughed in my face and then hung up. Horrible customer service, expect a halfway done job. Edit: 2-15-24 The response is totally incorrect! The ONLY other thing the man who answered the phone said was to “bring my car in” to which I wasn’t able to respond to because I was hung up on."
