"Awful experience washing my car here. One of the two guys washing the car was quite aggressive. He screamed at me because the car got stuck but it was not my fault since I had put the car in neutral but when we heard a noise in one of the tires and the car stopped, instead of helping us figure out what had happened he kept screaming and was verbally abusive. First time and last time I wash my car here. I just happened to be in the area because we have had the day off because of president's day and we just decided to wash my car. I regret not having washed my car where I usually do in Beck and 5 Mile Road since 2019 because I had never had a problem there."

"If I could leave a zero I would. I gave the guys a tip and it was the worst job I've ever had. First off the one guy got annoyed because I was taking too long to get my car in and I was having difficulty getting on the things that guide the wheels. Then they washed my brand new car with rough brushes but I paid for everything and the wheels came out totally undone. I had to clean the wheels myself when I was done. And the back had tons of dirt on it they didn't even get the back clean I had to clean that myself as well. There were it just was a mess. It's the worst job I've ever had done on my car. A couple days later at home I washed it by hand and it was beautiful. I won't be going there again. When people pay to have the wheels done you have to get down and scrub them so that they actually get clean."

"Ran my car through the wash after new ownership. The wash broke my driver side mirror. Attendant said, Another one, we'll fix that". Took my info but never received a call or a response when I called them after 2 days. I'll never go back or give them a positive referral unless they repair my mirror. I'm not holding my breath."

"$18 for a car wash and there is more dirty areas than clean. The wash also stopped half way through and me and another car were stuck for a couple minutes. Used to be a decent wash and I come often but not anymore. After buying the top of the line wash I shouldn't have to go next door, pay more money and hand wash it myself."

"I was having an issue with my headlights and they immediately helped me! They were so polite and tried calming me down from my chaotic evening dealing with my headlights. They fixed the issue within minutes and didn't charge me! They checked all my other lights as well, which I thought was so nice. I'll definitely be going back for future oil changes!"
